The Care Forum is a charity which specialises in health and social care, including the delivery of services to individuals, signposting and information, patient and public involvement, volunteer opportunities and voluntary sector infrastructure support.
We are looking for a proactive, motivated new business manager to join our leadership team. As a specialist bid writer, you will be experienced in writing bids and tender applications in the public sector.
It will be your responsibility to help a well-established local charity identify new funding sources, before writing the tender documentation to secure them. You will be inducted and will then work closely with the senior leadership team to achieve this.
You will ideally be an experienced bid-writer / income generator with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. You will be excellent at networking and have previous experience of securing five and six figure contracts.
You will have relevant qualifications in bid writing or fundraising.
You will work successfully as part of a team and develop positive working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
