We are currently looking for an HR Assistant to join our busy team
Hours: 22.2 Hours – 3 days
Salary: £12,925 per annum (£21,542 per annum pro-rata)
Location: Brunswick Square
You will be working in a busy office environment with a values-based team approach, providing generalist HR support and administration services whilst providing support to the HR Team.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a HR department with a proven track record of assisting managers in navigating the recruitment and selection process. You should also have experience processing data via an electronic HR system, be able to provide a flexible and pro-active customer service to employees and managers offering support and direction regarding the organisations policies, procedures and processes.
Previous experience within a charity or Not-for-Profit environment would be an advantage
