Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable
Hours: Full Time - 40 Hours per week
Location: New King Street, Bath
Salary: £18,500.00 - £20,000.00 depending on experience

We are looking for a Finance Assistant who will be responsible for the Purchase Ledger for both Julian House and its trading subsidiary Julian House Trading Limited.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overall responsibility for the Purchase Ledgers
Processing payments to suppliers
Processing expense claims

Who you are:
You have a desire to work within a busy finance team of an exciting and growing charity. You are honest, have an eye for detail and behave in a professional manner. You are IT proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. This role would be suitable for someone with existing accounts payable skills and experience, or this could be just the opportunity you are looking for to enter into a career in finance. You must be able to commit to Julian House’s values, including a commitment to equality and diversity and ability to empathise with its service users.
