Are you a creative first-class team player and natural organiser, with events admin experience? Together for Short Lives, the UK charity for children and young people with life-limiting conditions, is seeking a passionate and dynamic administrator to work with our Programmes & Service Delivery (PSD) and External Relations teams. The PSC Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support, developing systems to deliver our work, and helping the organisation to deliver a suite of engaging events, seminars and conferences.
Naturally, you will excel in administration, love juggling a wide range of complex tasks, and have experience of helping to deliver projects and events. You’ll be able to navigate your way around admin and filing systems, including databases/customer relationship management systems, and have a passion for detail. You will thrive on working with a diverse range of stakeholders, love the challenge of meeting competing deadlines – and enjoy delivering complex projects.
Part of this exciting and varied role will support the department’s awareness raising, PR and digital media activities, so the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of media and digital communications and an appetite to learn more on the job. The role will also support our service support and delivery work.
