We’re now seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to the effective running of our Open Up Music programmes and office.

What will I be doing?
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the smooth running and execution of our programmes and office.
Providing a high-quality administrative service, you’ll prepare communications and materials for our programmes, arrange meetings, maintain records and take and distribute meeting minutes.
Your role will also involve:
- Supporting a range of staff and departments
- Arranging training sessions and auditions
- Scheduling freelance staff
- Providing bookkeeping support
- Ordering materials and supplies
- Various other administrative duties
What will I need?
To be considered as an Administrative Assistant, you will need:
- Customer service skills
- IT literacy with proficiency in using email systems, Google docs and sheets and/or Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good maths skills and some knowledge of financial processes
- Fluency in conducting internet searches and basic research
- The ability to plan effectively and work to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Great communication skills
Although not essential, experience of working with educational establishments and of using a CRM system would be beneficial to your application. Previous experience of minute and note taking would also be an advantage.
