An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy, dedicated team at Rackfield House, a 20-bed supported housing scheme for homeless people in Bath. We are seeking a highly motivated, approachable individual with experience in safeguarding, risk assessments, confidentiality, and support plans.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the service provides a safe and welcoming environment to clients and visitors by being a first point of contact in the building.
  • Provide advice and guidance to vulnerable adults on benefits, local service provision and the service complaints procedure.
  • Maximise rental income and minimise losses by managing rent accounts and lettings to the highest standard.
  • Facilitate and empower, by accompanying to appointments where necessary, vulnerable adults’ access to and take up of support services linking into the local community where possible.


Your Strengths:

  • Knowledge of homelessness and associated issues.
  • An ability to effectively address anti-social and challenging behavior.
  • A systematic approach to managing administrative tasks with the ability to multitask methodically and effectively.
