Help clients to access services by providing transport to those who are unable to get here any other way.

Why we need you?
In order to make sure more people can benefit from our services we need volunteers to help those with limited access to transport get to the centre. This might be for financial, practical or medical reasons.

It may be a regular commitment each week, or a variety of times/days. We ask that drivers can do one lift a week.
What training and support can I expect?
Induction and support from volunteer manager. The volunteer will also be invited to attend a one day Introduction course. Driver Handbook provided. Regular contact with relevant staff at Penny Brohn UK.

Penny Brohn UK is based in Pill which is approximately 5 miles from central Bristol. Due to the nature of this role it is important to be aware that your duties are limited to those outlined above and do not extend to helping the client in other ways.

You will be required to complete a disclosure form which will be checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service. Having a criminal record will not necessarily bar you from working with us.
