The successful applicant will work as part of a small team, providing comprehensive support including:
Administrative duties including data input using Excel spread sheets
Communication by phone and email with individuals, schools and other organisations
Assisting with the co-ordination of volunteers
Co-ordinating and hosting school visits – including giving talks to classes and liaising with teachers
Working as part of a small team to ensure that the Charity runs smoothly
Working as a guide with small groups of year 6 children (as required)
Any other duties (as required)
Applicants are required to have administration and word processing skills. The post involves direct contact with a range of people, so good interpersonal skills are essential.
