We are currently recruiting for two Client Contact Coordinators, a Fixed Term Contract until June 2020 and a Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) approx. 1 year. The Client Contact Coordinator is our first point of contact for all services for people referred or self-referring for drug and alcohol services. We are looking for people who can provide a warm welcoming and motivating initial contact point for all service users and carers, especially those who are new to the service.

You will be responsible for processing referrals and undertaking holistic triage assessments over the phone providing urgent advice and signposting to address any urgent needs. You will also respond to enquiries from professionals, partner agencies, families, carers and service users.

This post is also involved in inputting accurate core data to DHI’s client record data system
