We are looking for an administrator to join our small team. Bristol Tranquilliser Project is a charity that supports people in coming off psychotropic medications (namely benzodiazepines and antidepressants). We are funded and contracted by the NHS.
The role would involve providing administrative support to the manager and senior project worker in typing letters, reports and minutes.
To act as a receptionist for clients and visiting professionals.
To be responsible for our databases containing client information and to manage our membership and donations.
To carry out general offices duties.
To be responsible for organising our AGM.
A Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check will be required for this role.
