We’re a leading mental health charity that’s been putting mental health first for individuals and communities in Bristol and the South West for the last three decades.
Working hand-in-hand with multiple agencies and local authorities, we offer practical help and emotional support tailored to each individual and their recovery.
Our experience of working with Bristol’s significant population of rough sleepers means we are well placed to offer skilled support to people with mental health issues and complex needs, including homelessness, drug or alcohol addiction, domestic abuse, learning difficulties.

No one day will be the same! – Your role will be working with service users in the Community Floating Support Service across Bristol.

We are looking to create an innovative team of talented individuals which will support the organisation as a whole to maintain high quality delivery of services.
Hours of Working
We are recruiting a number of roles into the team on permanent standardised hours (flexi time system) contracts (full time) covering the working pattern of 9am – 5pm (Mon- Fri).
£16,777 - £18,333.
Benefits: 26 days holiday and extra days holiday for every year of service up to 5 years, free counselling and legal advice via BUPA, a generous pension scheme and monthly staff wellbeing activities, supervision and reflective practise.
