Night Shift Supervisor – Complex needs
You will be leading a team during the night time hours - carrying out Supervisions and being a reference point in all aspects of Complex needs and Housing work. Using your experience of working with service users with a wide variety of support needs, you will build relationships and give support to tenants when needed.
You will be working within the Homelessness Pathway supporting clients with complex needs and dealing with matters arising during your shift.
Experience of working with vulnerable people with a variety of support needs and managing staff is essential and full training will be given in all aspects of your role.
