Support Worker [Mixed Pathway]
Hours: 37 hours per week on rota basis
Weekend, evening and Bank holiday working on rota basis
Contract: Permanent - subject to completion of probationary period
Salary Range £19,597 - £21,404 annum.
Our service supports people who have been Homeless and with complex needs to move to lower level supported accommodation via the Bristol Homeless Accommodation Pathways.
You will have knowledge in the mental health and/or the drug/alcohol field and have an understanding of managing tenancy.
You will work with our tenants in a personal centred recovery oriented approach, and have the ability to work closely with our partner agencies including mental health services and other support / housing providers. You will manage your own caseload, including risk assessment and identify support goals.
We work in a psychologically informed approach and have ongoing frequent reflective practice and through our comprehensive training develop your practice further
A full driving licence and access to transport is not essential though the post does involve some travel around Bristol.
In order to apply for this post, applicants will have minimum of 1 years experience in support work.
