MFCH CIC SEEKING VOLUNTEER FUNDRAISING OFFICER
Manor Farm Community Hub CIC is looking for an enthusiastic person with time to give to fill an important new role on their Core Group as they move forward - now that the country is emerging from the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown - with the process of securing the lease for the new community facility soon to be built on the site of the former St Peter’s Elderly Persons Home on Bishopthorpe Road
We require a Fundraising Officer to work our current core group to help identify possible funders to apply to in order to obtain core funding which will enable us to meet the operating costs of the building for the first year or so of operation while we build revenue streams, and to assist in the writing of the applications to bid for this funding.
We would need you to start as soon as possible as our projected funding sources will need to be detailed in the Business Plan we shall be needing to submit in the next few months to Bristol City Council as part of the CAT (Community asset transfer) process to be undergone in order to secure the lease
