Details of Role: 

Voscur is the support and development agency for Bristol's Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise sector (VCSE). We work with a network of preferred consultants, known as Voscur Associates, to provide expert support, training and consultancy to organisations in Bristol and the West and South-West of England.

We now want to expand our network of experienced Associates to help us meet the changing needs of Bristol and the wider region’s VCSE sector.

In line with the new vision and strategy for the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector, Voscur is developing its support for our client organisations to solve issues, create social impact, maximise resilience and improve innovation. We aim to provide specialist and objective advice and expertise to contribute to the ongoing learning and development of the sector.

This is an opportunity for you to work alongside the Voscur team to support the amazing, diverse and innovative organisations that make up the VCSE sector in Bristol and the wider region.

We are particularly interested in hearing from established consultants and trainers who have skills and experience to provide support and/or facilitation and/or training for voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations in:

  • Organisational development and change
  • Community and stakeholder engagement and co-production
  • Good governance
  • Financial capability and independence
  • Human Resources
  • Resilience, innovation and social enterprise
  • Review, planning and evaluation
  • Social value and impact
