Support Worker - Homeless Prevention

35 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm in a flexible working pattern. (some evening and weekend working may be required)
Details of Role: 

We are recruiting a new member of our support team who can provide a high quality service to residents in our supported accommodation before moving on to independent living. 

Self Help Community Housing Association have been operating for over 40 years and work with people with a range of support needs:  this can include substance abuse; mental health; physical health; criminal offending; debt and money management. We are part of Bristol City Council’s commissioned homeless prevention services working closely with partners at the Salvation Army, Places for People, Second Step, Elim Housing and Live West on a constant basis.
