Bristol Refugee Rights is seeking a Complex Needs Caseworker to start as soon as possible. This post will work with our Welcome and Advice Teams to provide 1-1 support to some of our members who have the most difficult needs.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of working with people with mental health problems and multiple needs, as well as experience of negotiating between the voluntary sector and statutory agencies. They will have sensitivity to working with culturally diverse communities and an understanding of the ways in which views about mental health are culturally specific as well as the ability and psychological resilience to work with people in crisis and acute states of distress.
