Bristol Women’s Voice is looking for a Director who will develop our organisation to deliver for women in Bristol, providing leadership, growth and financial sustainability.
Bristol Women’s Voice is a powerful voice for women in Bristol, making sure that women’s voices are listened to when key decisions are made and delivering projects to improve women’s lives.
This is an exciting and challenging time for Bristol Women’s Voice as we look to build on our work in a changing environment, develop partnerships with other organisations and respond to the challenges the Covid-19 pandemic has created for women in Bristol.
You will have experience of strategic leadership within a small organisation – ideally in the charity sector, and will be skilled at building relationships and networks, people management, fundraising and financial management. You will have a strong understanding of governance in the charity sector and will be able to work collaboratively with Trustees. By no means least, you will be passionate about the work of Bristol Women’s Voice, feminism and improving women’s lives.
To apply, please send a CV and covering letter telling us how you meet the criteria to Clare Meraz firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm on 9th October. Interviews will be held by videoconferencing on 16th October.
Please note that Bristol Women’s Voice is considering its current office provision and location in the medium term, and staff are currently working remotely
