Development Officer (Trusts & Foundations), Full-Time, 37 Hours, Salary £21,000
The Development Team is responsible for the fundraising strategy for Bristol Beacon and we are currently managing our major capital transformation. Bristol Beacon has been part of Bristol’s cultural heritage for 150 years. Our vision is to unite people through the joy of live music, and we achieve this through a diverse programme of inspirational musical experiences.
The Development Officer will support the work of the team by bringing their previous experience of supporting fundraising and their ability to build strong relationships and give excellent customer service to our supporters. You will have strong organisational and interpersonal skills, experience of contributing to funding applications and either previous experience or an interest in the focus of Trusts and Foundations. This role provides management of our membership scheme and brings a professional, adaptable, and proactive approach to the work of the team. It is a great opportunity to build experience whilst working for a vibrant arts organisation at a pivotal time.
