An enhanced level DBS check is required for this role.

To provide high quality activities, engagement and support in four areas:

1. Youth Activities

Co-ordination of Alphabets LGBTQ youth project; delivered across South Gloucestershire, including planning, delivering, safeguarding, quality assurance, monitoring and reporting.

2. Schools Activities

To deliver and develop effective group sessions for children and young people which aim to promote diversity, cohesion and reduce conflict and to achieve positive outcomes for those young people as set by us and our funders.

3. Adult Wellbeing

To promote health and wellbeing with adult LGBTQ people across South Gloucestershire.

4. Voice and Influence

To develop the South Gloucestershire LGBTQ Equality Network, in partnership with the Chair and Steering Group. The network promotes quarterly events (including online and offline events) attends the local Pride Festivals (including Bristol Pride and Trans Pride South West) as well as hosting quarterly network meetings and attending partnership meetings.
