A key aspect of our service is to provide skills, knowledge and tools to help organisations run more effectively through learning opportunities and tailored consultancy.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a training and development professional to lead, manage and develop this part of our work.
The Learning & Skills Programme Manager will contribute to development programmes at Voscur and will manage the ongoing development of the VCSE Academy, a new platform for learning and collaborative personal and professional development. Building on Voscur’s successful training programme and utilising external sector-wide intelligence, you will lead the Academy’s development to enhance its current offer through the launch of further learning opportunities, such as coaching and mentoring, action learning and self-directed training.
The successful candidate will ensure that Voscur’s learning and development service:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and experienced learning and development professional with a strong track record in the planning and delivery of such services to the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector, partners and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be adept at project development, project management and prioritising workloads, with the ability to lead discussions and share ideas as part of a diverse and creative team.
This is a part-time role (21 hrs per week), based primarily in our office in central Bristol, although currently home-based due to Covid19 restrictions. This role will involve delivery of programmes at external venues and occasional out of hours commitments.
