Applications are invited for the following Course Leader vacancies:
Course Leaders have responsibility for the management and daily running of courses, recruitment of staff, students and trainees, pastoral care of students and trainees and the development of an engaging and substantial syllabus. They work within the training team with full office support and are accountable to the Head of Training.
The roles are important for training the next generation of psychodynamic professionals and thereby ensuring the continuation of sound psychodynamic practice. They will be of interest to qualified practitioners with administrative or management experience, or practitioners who wish to develop a career in the management of psychodynamic training programmes.
It is important that applicants have a positive attitude towards the challenges and opportunities presented by remote delivery of therapy and training.
Both roles are salaried posts for 52 weeks per year, including holiday pay.
We are interested in applications from people who would like to do either role, and also from people who would be interested in combining the two roles.
We are also interested in hearing from you if you would like to take a role in training course management but feel you would like to gain experience before taking on full course responsibilities.
Other exciting opportunities are available for seminar leaders, supervisors, experiential group facilitators, skills tutors.
We would welcome contact for further details or an informal discussion.
