Small grants for individuals with complex needs

1 September, 2022

In response to the cost of living crisis in the UK, Sense, the national disability charity, has launched a fund to provide financial support to people with complex disabilities who live in the family home and are on low incomes. The Sense Cost of Living Support Fund will award grants of £500. All applications must be completed on the individual’s behalf by a social care professional nominated by Sense. This can be a support worker, service manager or a social care worker. There are no restriction on how the money can be spent. Sense has partnered with the Turn2us charity to process payments. For any questions please contact Turn2us on 0808 802 2000 or email them at sensegrants@turn2us.org.uk. No application deadlines have been indicated.
