VCSE organisations that employ fewer than 250 people will be able to access a new telephone advice service about the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This service will open from 1st November, 2017.

The service will be run by the Information Commissioner’s Office and forms part of a package of tools and resources available to organisations to help them prepare for the huge changes that will come with GDPR - the replacement for the current Data Protection Act. This new law will come into effect on 25 May 2018.
