The Chartered Institute of Fundraising (IoF) has produced a series of recruitment guides to support the fundraising profession and wider VCSE sector in becoming more equal, diverse and inclusive profession.

The guides are part of the organisation’s Change Collective series and have been produced for the fundraising community to help them consider the actions and decision they can take to achieve a more diverse fundraising workforce. The guides include an additional element to reflect on recruiting during the coronavirus crisis.

Each guide has been developed with expert advice from recruitment agencies and EDI consultants, and lived experience from fundraisers.

There are four guides, each addressing a different audience:

• Recruitment for hiring managers
• Recruitment for small charities
• Recruitment for job seekers
