Ara is a charity based in Bristol that has been supporting people into recovery for 35 years with alcohol, drug, gambling and MH issues.
We are the National Gambling Treatment Service (NGTS) providers for Wales and the South West of England.
We offer free and confidential advice about gambling, together with free one-to-one counselling for people who are 16+ experiencing problems with their own gambling, or that of a family member.
