Family support centre based in Kingswood, Bristol. We are part of the Bristol Community Church Trust (Reg Charity no. 1044496). We aim to provide a safe and confidential space where families and individuals can seek practical and emotional support. The core services we offer are play therapy, adult counselling and parenting courses. We ask for a voluntary contribution for our services but would not turn anyone away if they cannot pay.

We help people who are involuntarily addicted to prescribed psychotropic medication, mainly tranquillisers, sleeping pills and anti-depressants.
