Judo can either be recreational or competitive, and within special needs judo there are five levels of achievement to accommodate all levels of sensory or physical disability or impairment.

Limbo charity shop is a new charity shop which supports the local charity Legs4Africa. Legs4aAfrica collects prosthetic legs and mobility equipment from hospitals around the Uk which would otherwise go to landfill. Once collected we ship this equipment out to different hospitals in Africa, where it is readapted to fit the needs of local amputees.
