Members of Voscur’s staff team attended the equalities stakeholder budget consultation held on Friday 11 January 2013, and between us we took notes.

Graham Sims, Chief Executive of Bristol City Council introduced the day, followed by presentations from departmental directors and question and answer sessions. Questions were answered by directors and/or members of their staff teams.  The event was chaired by Mark Hubbard, Bristol's Compact Liaison Officer.

Voluntary and community sector and equalities groups were well represented on the day. There were some interesting and useful questions posed; some were answered on the day and we await a response to others.
