The role:
This role facilitates the delivery of the Disposal Strategy through reactive and proactive option appraisals to ensure our homes prioritise the health and wellbeing of our residents. The role will lead the Option Appraisal Panel and present the findings and outcome of the option appraisals carried out those homes brought forward for consideration, completing the scoring matrix on behalf of the panel and make the final recommendation to the Executive.

For this role we are looking for individuals who have:
Building and housing regulations and legislation.
Landlords’ statutory repair, maintenance and health and safety responsibilities including fire risk.
Asset ownership including freehold, leasehold, S106 restrictions or other restricting covenants.
