Regional social enterprise support programme

Social Enterprise Works has been contracted by Business Link and Co-active to deliver part of the regional social enterprise support programme for social enterprises.  This is for organisations that are already generating an income through trading and have a constitution or set of rules of some sort.  Up to half a day of support from an accredited advisers, leaving you with an action plan to support your development, can be offerred.

Lively Leadership 

COSMIC's Lively Leadership project is designed to enable leaders of all levels to develop their confidence, competence and commitment in order to inspire their organisations and their people with passion and a sense of shared purpose. The project will offer a new and innovative way for leaders in social enterprises to develop, giving leaders at all levels an opportunity to realise their full potential and access the most appropriate support available both through the project and through other sources. The project will be flexible and will be tailored to the individuals' needs and aspirations

Participation in this project will arm leaders of Social Enterprises, with the tools and advice they need to drive their enterprises forward in a planned and strategic manner, addressing the weaknesses that have prevented their effective operation in the past, whilst leaders of new and emerging Social Enterprises will be provided with the knowledge and support they need to be successful social enterprises delivering a triple bottom line.
