Life Recovery has a long track record in Bristol of supporting individuals on their journey from addiction through to living well in recovery. Its life-skills course (The Life Course), Life Recovery Groups (LRG) and one-to-one support all provide an opportunity for building sustained recovery capital and, for those that wish, nurturing spirituality and faith. Working in partnership with organisations across Bristol, Life Recovery has built a reputation of providing help and support for people, enabling them to reach their God-given potential.
Information about the Life course can be found here.
The Life Recovery team is entering an exciting phase of development, having developed resources for other organisations to deliver the Life Course for themselves within their own community. Having trained several local charity partners, Life Recovery now wants to step this training up further, equipping organisations across the UK to set up as a Life Course franchise, meeting the needs of people living in recovery in a broader range of settings.
Within the current team structure, the Life Recovery Manager oversees inHope’s recovery work, whilst the Life Course Team Leader manages the delivery of the in-house course. Together we will deliver training to organisations wanting to deliver the Life Course for themselves.
The Life Course Franchise Facilitator will support the Life Recovery Manager in bringing the Life Course to market, cultivating relationships with potential franchise holders, whilst being responsible for the publication, marketing and training associated with the Life Course.
Reporting to the Life Recovery Manager, the successful candidate will be reliable with the ability to prioritise, network, be persuasive, organize and have an eye for an opportunity. They will be excellent communicators, able to work alongside a range of colleagues and partner organisations. Good administrative skills, self-motivation and discipline will be key.
