Every year, Bristol Community Health agrees a number of areas that we focus on over the next 12 months - we call these ‘quality priorities’. These priorities help make our services more effective, even safer, and they aim to improve the experience of patients and carers.

We are committed to involving patients, carers, the public and voluntary sector in these key decisions and therefore we would be delighted if you are able to attend our next community engagement event. We have attached an invite for you. By attending, you’ll have the chance to have your say, share your ideas and work together with Bristol Community Health to shape our priorities for the coming years.

The Quality Account shares information about the quality of our services. It demonstrates how well we have performed against the areas we agreed to focus on for the previous year and it also sets out our top priorities for quality improvement in the year ahead.. Attending the event on 28^th February will give you the chance to influence our Quality Account priorities for the years ahead. We will also update you on how well we are delivering on our priorities over the past 12 months.
