This 4 day online workshop is for early stage enterprises who are looking to get more serious about their business. In a small group we will work with you on identifying your strengths, weaknesses and up-skilling you to reach your potential! Organisations may be eligible for an additional £1000 grant on completing this programme.

We’ll work on:

• Your enterprise’s vision and values
• Measuring your enterprise’s social impact
• Income diversification – selling, costing, pricing and investment
• Business planning
• Branding and marketing
• Understanding your customer
• Sustainability – trading with people and planet in mind.

Session dates for this programme are 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th October 6-9pm.

To be eligible for a place on the programme, you need to be:

• Based in or working in South Bristol
• Your business must be incorporated
• Committed to attending all the sessions
• Able to identify as experiencing inequality or disadvantage.
