How To Be A Chef - Square Food's FREE 12- week course.
Entry requirements: Enthusiasm only

How To Be A Chef - Square Food's FREE training programme for 16 - 25 year olds interested in working in the food industry - kicks off on 24th April. Delivered in partnership with Bristol 24/7, this 12 week course gives you a good idea of what it's like to work in a restaurant, cafe, catering company or bakery - and provides you with the skills to make it a reality.  The course provides students with confidence, amazing work experience, a BTec Level 2 and potentially a career.

You'll spend two days each week at the Square Food kitchen, really learning to cook - and one day a week doing work experience, field trips and industry visits. There will be placements at Boston Tea Party, Bravas, The Folk House Cafe, Harts Bakery and Fosters Catering.

Contact us on 0117 903 9780 or via our website to find out more and arrange a time to see the kitchen, meet the teachers and talk about what the course involves.
