This short course is designed for anyone wanting to learn how to listen more effectively and to better understand others - whether in their place of work or everyday life. It offers an opportunity to explore difference – our own and others – as well as issues of diversity and inclusion. It also offers an opportunity to experience BCPC’s approach to learning and many students go on to apply for the Foundation Certificate year.

What past students say:

“The most valuable thing for me was learning to listen wholeheartedly and with openness to others.”

“I feel I have learnt something about truly listening even when I don’t fully understand or agree with the perspective of the other.”
