Feedback from previous participants

“I had some incredible light bulb moments that will really help me in facilitating – for example, not feeling obliged to solve problems and find solutions, feeling able to acknowledge feelings and using this to steer the group in an appropriate way, feeling able to address uncomfortable feelings in an appropriate way that can lead on meaningful reflections and how to deal with conversations that may be repetitive or needed to be taken outside of the session.”

“It will mean that the RP space can feel safer, and therefore be used more effectively.”

“The facilitators made the group feel very safe, bonded and comfortable. This made the training very enjoyable and stimulating. I would fully recommend this training to anyone who is keen to develop reflective practice sessions and feel confident in facilitating.”
