Strong Foundations (South Bristol) 7th, 14th. 21st, 28th September 9.30am – 1.30pm.

 This course is for people with an idea to make a difference in their community. They should be:

  • In the early stages of setting up a business that will make a difference
  • Currently living in or planning to work in the South Bristol region.

  • Key messaging, impact and the customer
  • The importance of Measuring: outputs, outcomes and social impact
  • The Characteristics of a Social Entrepreneur

Our free, virtual programme will bring together new business developers like you, to go through the business foundations you will need to get your social business off to the best start. Over a series of four sessions, we will look at:

Setting your business moral compass – What kind of business do you want to be?
Creating your service/product and how to ensure it is what your customer wants and will pay for!
Business planning – Simplify and demystify the process!
The Market – Market research, marketing, social media, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Your business form – Covering the legalities, policies and more.
