Partners across Bristol are launching a citywide mental health initiative this Spring called ‘Thrive Bristol’. One of the first priorities is to look at mental health at work. This programme, Thriving at Work, will explore how Bristol employers can work together to address some of the key questions raised in a recent national report (https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/658145/thriving-at-work-stevenson-farmer-review.pdf  )

-          what are the main challenges and opportunities for improving mental health at work?

-          what are the costs and benefits of taking positive action?

-          what can you do for your staff and colleagues?

-          what are you doing to take care of your own mental health?

-          what information and help is available?

-          how can we reduce the stigma attached to mental health issues?

This initiative is being launched 9am-12pm, Tuesday, 17 April, Conference Hall, City Hall.
