Voscur’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday 26 November. It will include updates from Voscur and the VCSE sector, and look at the theme of transformation within the sector.

Programme

We are pleased to announce the keynote speaker will be Louise Mitchell, Chief Executive of Bristol Beacon. At a time when much of the VCSE sector is working on recovery, transformation and a new normal, Bristol Beacon’s journey is an excellent example of how a board, staff and community can work together to achieve change and a new future. 

During the AGM there is also an opportunity to take part in a short workshop run by Voscur's Learning and Development team, looking at managing change in your organisation during the pandemic. This workshop is based on Voscur's managing change training course, which had some great feedback. One participant said:

Offer T&C's: Voscur is offering a free place on one of our half day courses in the training theme of 'leading your organisation'. Eligible participants must attend the whole AGM, and must be a full member of Voscur.  The offer has to be used by 31 March 2021, so you need to have attended your chosen course by this date. This offer is only available to the first 25 people who book for this event, and can only be used once by an organisation. The free place can be used by one of your colleagues in the organisation it does not have to be the individual who attends the AGM.

Voscur members will receive a formal notice of the AGM at least 21 days before the meeting.

The AGM will take place online. To take part you will need a laptop with a camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi; you will not require any additional software. You will be emailed an invitation with a link to join the online training prior to the course.
