The Bristol Safeguarding Adults and Children Boards have launched a new joint website. This website will now act as the focal point for all safeguarding information relating to adults and children for both residents and professionals alike.
The site is split into two halves, one to represent the Bristol Safeguarding Children Board (BSCB) and the other to host information relating to the Bristol Safeguarding Adults Board (BSAB).
Safeguarding policies, news, reports and advice is available along with contact information and training opportunities for professionals seeking to update or develop their knowledge and skills.
Previously safeguarding information could be found mainly on the Bristol City Council website, with specific information on partner websites such as NHS Bristol Clinical Commissioning Group and Avon and Somerset Police.
The new website can be found at www.bristolsafeguarding.org. Both boards are also on Twitter where news and safeguarding information is also shared and retweeted. Follow us @BristolLSCB and @BristolLSAB.
