We are looking for assistant youth support workers to join our team at FACE!

We run after-school sessions and evening youth clubs for young people aged 13+ in Filton, Patchway, Frampton Cotterell, and Kingswood, as well as some daytime activities during school holidays and have a range of vacancies across these areas.

We have a background and ethos squarely rooted in traditional youth work values and we are looking for staff who have a passion for youth work - reliable and dedicated people who care about growing young peoples' skills, enhancing opportunities, and working with young people to achieve goals and improve communities. 

We have a range of after-school and evening shifts available across Monday-Friday evenings and need staff who can commit at least two evenings per week for us - preferably more! This includes vacancies at our Wednesday youth club night in Kingswood for young people with additional needs (aged 13-25).

Our appointments are subject to completing application form, interview, reference checks, Enhanced DBS, and induction. If you have a Level 3+ youth work qualification you will be paid more. There will be a whole FACE team pay structure increase in April 2023 (confirmed in January 2023).
