Come and join our team of Social Prescribing Link Workers for Adults; they are an incredibly special bunch helping to change peoples’ lives for the positive by helping participants to work out what is important to them and helping to guide them towards this.
You will be welcomed by our supportive and friendly Link Worker team who not only work in surgeries across North Bristol but work connectively with our other health and wellbeing teams and projects such as Fitness Coaching, Community Development, Employment and Training, Greenway Community Learning, Volunteering, Neighbours Connect and CASS.
The many individual talents and personal interests of our Link Workers are highly valued and supported; we have artists, counsellors, gardeners, carers, writers, crafters, bakers, performers, potters and activists amongst us. All skills bring important aspects to this position of inspiration and we encourage Link Workers to share and set up new groups of interest.

This role has three main aspects:
Location: Greenway Centre, Bristol BS10 and GP surgeries across North Bristol
Salary: £22,376 – £25,210 per annum (pro rata for part time roles)
Contract type: Maternity Cover (up to 12 months)
Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours (part of 37 hours FTE)
Holiday: 33 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
