Southern Brooks is looking for a Wellbeing Administrator for our Wellbeing Project in South Gloucestershire, and this Kingswood based role comes with a favourable salary of £21,028 per annum pro-rata and great benefits.

As Wellbeing Administrator, you will be integral to our Wellbeing Team, who work with individuals and groups of people to help them manage their health and improve their health outcomes..

If you were already in this Wellbeing Administrator role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

  • Act as a polite and empathetic point of contact for clients and their relatives. .   
  • Escalating client’s queries and general issues to line manager or other relevant staff as appropriate 
  • Collating and update the Wellbeing Team calendar  
  • Promote activities on the One You South Gloucestershire wellbeing project through social media and on the Southern Brooks website
  • As well as general office administration duties

To apply for this Wellbeing Administrator role, you will need to have experience of working in an administrative or customer service based role. You will also require the following:

  • Clerical / administrative experience.
  • Experience of effectively and politely dealing with the public, both on the telephone and in person
  • Competent IT skills including Virtual platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Genuine passion, empathy, and desire to support clients to lead healthier and happier lives
