Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: £34,953 – £40,520 gross pa depending upon relevant skills and experience.
Contract: Full-time - Permanent

As part of SARI’s Senior Leadership team, this role will contribute to the successful delivery of SARI’s objectives. Specifically, through excellent leadership of SARI’s service delivery team which includes our casework, outreach, development, training, and education services.

Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate and contribute to delivery of quality services including casework, advocacy, education, training, and consultancy interventions.
To identify and design strategies to reduce/prevent race and hate crimes/incidents.
Contribute to securing new business and effectively fulfilling SARI’s existing contracted commitments.
Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
Represent and advocate SARI at public events, such as conferences, seminars and festivals ensuring SARI services are widely publicised and accessible.
