Are you passionate about helping people gain independence from drugs & alcohol? We are.

Workers at BDP come from diverse backgrounds and experiences but all share a drive to make a difference to the lives of the people we work with. Our worker’s values come above their job history or qualifications. If you share our attitudes, we can teach you the skills needed for the job.

The Treatment Team is one of the largest and longest established Primary Carebased services in the UK, supporting more than 1800 people at any one time.

Based in GP surgeries, you will support people to make the changes they want to make, whilst facilitating access to Opiate Substitution Therapy. You will be able to build rapport quickly and be passionate about getting the best out of people. You will have excellent organisational skills and be able to manage a busy diary in a job where no two days are the same. You will be part of a warm and supportive team, whilst managing your own caseload and working as part of multidisciplinary teams in both GP surgeries and BDP’s offices.

Candidates must have access to their own motorised transport.
