Details of Role: 
  • Supporting clients to complete on-line or paper applications relating to debts such as water and energy.
  • Helping clients to understand their debts and offering general support on how to manage financial difficulties.
  • Updating client information on the system database.
  • The knowledge that you are helping to provide an important service to people who may be financially deprived and struggling to cope.
