Are you committed to understanding and helping people in conflict, including that arising from hate/discrimination?
Are you interested in and willing to learn a new set of skills in supporting people to manage conflict?
Do you have the capacity to commit as a volunteer to approximately 96 hours per year for two years?
Are you willing to travel around Bristol and surrounding areas to meet our clients?
As a volunteer you will receive training, support and regular supervision.
Our volunteers all co-work on cases and as a new volunteer you will be paired with an experienced mentor.
We are keen to recruit individuals with protected characteristics (inc. disability, LGBTQ+, race, religion or belief) and from under-represented priority areas of the city.
