Our Supported Housing Support service provides low to medium housing related, floating support to people living in our dispersed, semi-independent accommodation, who may experience a range of complex needs including homelessness, drug and alcohol misuse, offending and mental health issues.  Our aim is to support and enable people to overcome barriers, achieve their potential and secure appropriate move-on accommodation, with/without support.

Managing effective referral/nomination/move-on/void processes

Managing and escalating day to day and serious incidents

Ensuring regular supervisions and effective case management

Promoting effective team working and communication within and across supported housing and housing management teams

Contributing to service development workstreams and improvements, particularly around embedding a psychological, adversity and trauma informed approach

Ccarrying out regular quality assurance checks and monitoring performance

Attending and facilitating meetings

Reporting on KPIs and supporting the Team Manager with end month/other reports, providing updates as required.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of two years’ experience of working with people with complex needs in supported housing and/or community support fields. Experience and understanding of working with people with multiple/complex needs, homelessness, mental health or drug/alcohol dependency is essential.  Previous line management or supervisory experience is an advantage but not essential.
