We’re looking for someone who believes in championing young people’s voices to join our ShoutOut! Advocacy team.

In this role you will be working directly with young people to ensure that their voice is heard in the statutory processes that they are involved in. You’ll need to have an awareness of the issues affecting young people in care and going through child protection processes, as well as experience of empowering young people to share their thoughts and feelings. You’ll work hard to ensure young people can access services, whilst championing their rights and entitlements.

This job may be for someone who has experience of working with young people or Advocating on their behalf but we equally value lived experience and a passion for the role.
